June 26, 2026 - To help keep the Surrey Ridge pool clean, safe, and compliant with Florida Department of Health rules, pets and other non-service animals are not allowed inside the fenced pool area.
Service animals may accompany an individual with a disability, or a service-animal trainer, on the pool deck/fenced area, but service animals may not enter the pool water. Florida law defines a service animal as one trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.

Semi-Annual HOA dues of $197.50 are due on July 1st, 2026.
π For the first year since revitalization, dues have not been raised year-over-year. Due to exceptional 2026 assessment payment history, an outstandingly low 0.7% delinquency rate, and strong financial controls by the self-managed Board of Directors, the Association will not seek a $150 per household special assessment to cover the $21,450.00 unbudgeted perimeter wall repair.
