Recent cabana and pool-area improvements continue the association's effort to make common areas cleaner, more welcoming, and better maintained for Surrey Ridge residents.
Director Julia Cross coordinated additional cabana and pool-area beautification focused on visible, practical improvements around the cabana and former Jacuzzi-area wall.
These upgrades are part of broader curb-appeal and common-area stewardship work. Small improvements like clean wall surfaces, defined beds, healthier plantings, and structured climbing vines make the pool area feel more cared for while supporting long-term property-value and amenity goals.
Fresh paint and new trellises create a cleaner backdrop along the pool perimeter wall.
Cabana-side beds now include mulch, edging, Knock Out Roses, Aztec Grass, Aloe, and existing Bromeliads.
Decorative edging and fencing help define and protect the refreshed planting bed.
New vines are positioned to climb the trellises and soften the wall area over time.
This update highlights common-area beautification work completed around the Surrey Ridge cabana and pool area.
